Khi đặt tour sẽ cung cấp cho Dala Travel tên – số điện thoại để Dala làm booking xác nhận. Trong booking có STK cọc, khi đặt sẽ cọc 50% để chắc chắn giữ tour. Khi có việc đột xuất quý khách báo Dala trước 5 ngày Dala sẽ hoàn cọc hoặc giữ cọc (đi đợt sau) cho quý khách. Còn trường hợp bất khả kháng như dịch bệnh, thiên tai Dala sẽ hoàn cọc hoặc giữ cọc ko cần thời hạn cho quý khách. Số tiền còn lại quý khách sẽ thanh toán với HDV sau khi thúc tour.
